Living in the Mountains

Sherwood Forest is a quiet residential mountain community located in Divide, Colorado. Situated at an elevation of approximately 9,100 feet, Sherwood Forest is surrounded by mountain views of Pikes Peak to the east and the Sawatch Mountain Range to the west.


Residents enjoy peaceful mountain living and access the area via county-
maintained roads, and share the forest with various wildlife to include deer, elk, fox, skunk, bear and mountain lions.

Annual Fundraiser

Sherwood Forest's annual fundraiser is held the first Sunday in August. Robin Hood's Dash-n-Dine is a 5K walk/run and Pancake Breakfast that is open to the public and offers a unique, enjoyable and safe event that brings families and friends together. Details of the 2018 event coming soon.
